My dad got me a Puma King SL last summer for the Hawaii tournament. This is Puma top of the line cleat which cost around $200. However, the sole got separate after several games in the Hawaii. My dad contact Puma and they willing to offer to give us a credit. I went out on their website and bought a evospeed. Don't have much choice on puma store online. Unfortunately after several months, I have the same issue with evospeed.
I contact the customer service and being told that the replacement pair don't quality for the claim. I search their website and couldn't find any warranty policy related to replacement pair. I was very unhappy about it. It seems like customer service just ignored me after that. I will try to file a complain through BBB. With this kind of quality and customer service, I will NOT buy a puma cleat anymore.
